Mike Culhane

Lead Designer

Mike has over 15 years of experience in the design field. Relocating to Victoria from Ontario, he earned his bachelor's degree from the internationally regarded Sheridan College. After a brief stint in the public sector, he spent several years as a web designer in Ontario, primarily serving municipal and public sector clients. Having joined the Radar Hill team on the West Coast 10 years ago, Mike recently celebrated a decade with the company, consistently delivering strong user experience, accessibility, and clean, functional design.

Outside of work, Mike, a husband and father of two, enjoys parenting, cooking, gardening, painting, and steadfastly cheering on his Toronto Maple Leafs. We value his calm, thoughtful approach to design and his knack for bringing levity and clarity to every project.
