The Project

The Westshore Masonic Centre’s new website was developed to showcase a contemporary, community-focused venue through compelling visuals and a user-friendly interface. As the finishing touches were being applied to the Centre’s brand-new facility in Langford, BC, the team at Radar Hill was brought in to help establish an independent digital presence—separate from the member-oriented Masonic Lodge site. The goal? To highlight the venue’s versatility for events ranging from weddings to corporate functions, while also providing internal stakeholders with private scheduling tools.

We’re thrilled with the final product, and deeply grateful for their guidance and steady hand through it all.

Results

The launch of the new website marked a major step forward for the Westshore Masonic Centre. With a clean, intuitive design, the site now supports event inquiries and presents the facility as a polished, professional venue. Internally, communication has improved thanks to a centralized scheduling system that allows key personnel to manage bookings efficiently without compromising client privacy. The site has also sparked increased public interest, with a noticeable uptick in inquiries for private events such as birthday parties and retirement celebrations. Stakeholder feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and plans are already underway to further enhance the website’s Packages section with pricing details, downloadable brochures, and additional photography to support future growth.

Working with a volunteer-led group like ours can be challenging—especially when input is coming from a constantly changing cast of characters! Despite this, Radar Hill remained incredibly patient, professional, and organized throughout the entire process. They managed shifting expectations and evolving ideas with clarity and care, always steering us back on course when things got murky. Their ability to translate feedback from our board of directors into a cohesive, polished website was nothing short of impressive. We’re thrilled with the final product, and deeply grateful for their guidance and steady hand through it all.
