The Project
Tapestry House approached us years ago through the previous owner, Martin, who was managing multiple websites and hundreds of tapestry products. Our initial goal was to simplify his online operations, so we built an intuitive self-management system that allowed easy handling of his extensive collection. Years later, when the business was sold to Sue and Pierre Corso, who lived across the country in Ontario, we were tasked with upgrading their website to better serve their growing needs. The challenges included integrating their QuickBooks inventory, creating a seamless e-commerce experience, and making product management simple for them. We also wanted to highlight the artistry and history of tapestries, showcase customer testimonials, and build a visually appealing, user-friendly design that emphasizes how tapestries enhance home spaces. The result is a robust platform that streamlines operations and delights customers.
Working with Radar Hill has transformed the way we manage and present our business online.
