The Slopes is a residential development in Cowichan Lake owned by a couple, Elaine and Wayne. They had been using a very old, non-responsive website to sell their building lots. They needed a modern development website that could showcase the beauty of the land and provide potential buyers with up-to-date pricing as the subdivision moved through various construction phases.

Results
By introducing drone footage and professional photography, we transformed the site from a simple list of lots into a high-end development showcase. Elaine was fantastic to work with, and we made sure to give a personal tutorial on the technical parts so she felt confident managing her own price list. The subdivision is now successfully selling into phase four, and the website has scaled right along with it.
