The Project
Ramen Arashi required a website designed to serve as a central hub for both customers and potential franchisees, showcasing the brand. With any "strategy first" approach, we took the time to consult with experts and create a roadmap for success. After talking with various people in the franchising industry we build a site designed to promote franchise opportunities, providing detailed information and easy access for potential investors to explore the benefits of joining the Ramen Arashi family. For customers, the website functions as a go-to resource for locating various Ramen Arashi locations, with each location page integrated with links to various ordering systems. The overall design is clean and user-friendly, enhancing the browsing experience and making it simple for users to navigate between ordering food and exploring franchising opportunities.

Results
We are very excited to be working with Ramen Arashi as they grow. When we first started with them, there was only one franchise, and the ambition was that the website we built would lead to more. Everything was done with this in mind. Case studies were included with video and professional photography and we ensured that the online presentation was every bit as good as their ramen. Soon a second franchise opened in Kelowna, then a third in Calgary. Now, with a seventh location opening in the summer, it's very clear that the concept is working as every store has been a runaway success backed by their top quality ramen.
Working with Radar Hill on the design and construction of our website for Ramen Arashi was an excellent decision. They truly understood our vision and brought it to life with a website that perfectly captures the authentic Japanese experience we offer. Collaborating on our strategy to encourage serious franchise inquires, Radar Hill developed case studies and video to promote this aspiration of the business. Ramen Arashi has gone from 2 locations to 7 and we look forward to further growth.
