Oak Bay Beach Hotel

When the Oak Bay Beach Hotel was demolished for reconstruction, the only evidence that it would return was on the website. We had the opportunity to work with Shawna and Kevin Walker to build the administration to keep their interested clientele informed of progress in the rebuild. Real Estate sales will be a feature of the new concept of the hotel and our e-newsletter keeps interested parties up-to-date. Working with a local marketing firm we married our coding to their very attractive design.

Discovery Club

Part of the redevelopment of the Oak Bay Beach Hotel is the inception of a Travel Club. "Points" are purchased and redeemable at luxurious hotels world wide. As with the Oak Bay Beach Hotel, a supplied design was coded with a self-admin e-newsletter that keeps members updated of new offers, new travel locations, and membership details.

Spinnakers

As an operational restaurant and brewpub, Spinnakers had some serious demands when it came to the administration and display of food, beverages, weekly specials, and bottled beer. Complicated categorization was simplified using unique entry forms that automated the positioning of each item on the live website. Using their previous design, our behind-the-scenes work with Spinnakers has resulted in a quantum leap of experience that has had a trickle down effect on all subsequent projects.

Beyer Mortgage

Local mortgage broker Ron Beyer has built his business to employ several brokers and compete with several large firms in the highly competitive area of mortgage brokerage. As such, Ron had us build many online tools including e-newsletters and online application forms.

Viva Commute

Viva Commute provides the technical coordination for ride share programs across Canada and the US. We inherited an existing design and some very disjointed coding. Our sophisticated system combines rider/driver profiles with mapping, scheduling and automated email notification to introduce ride share participants to each other. Successfully employed in the Massachusetts and California, the system has potential to be used in every congested city in North America.

India Curry House

A fixture on the downtown lunch scene, JR has been serving authentic Indian cuisine for decades. We worked with JR and his son Ashok to update a stale design that was out of date in look and content. We incorporated deep rich earth tones into our new designs to evoke a "Taste of India" and present their menu in an organized and attractive way.

Creative Spaciz

Tracey Lamoreux is an interior designer with the important requirement of showcasing her abilities through her website. An online portfolio of dozens of projects achieves this goal with some dramatic flair thrown in for good measure. Tracey's many design awards are also included, giving potential clients a good idea of the excellent service that Tracey provides.

Mill Bay Beach House

This little B&B website is a good example of the things we can do for a smaller operation. Working with Duarto and Connie was a delight, incorporating a virtual tour with the scenic photos of their little cottage.
