Radar Hill was created from the merger of two companies: RealAssist and Right-of-Way. Both companies mainly served the real estate industry. Right-of-Way was strictly a web development and Internet services company. RealAssist did web development plus printing and general administrative support to real estate agents.
Most of their clients had bad experiences from other Internet companies. So many had been burnt, defrauded, lied to, so when they came to Dan and Roger, or Shawn, they were apprehensive, cynical, and wary. Dan, Roger, and Shawn, were the opposite. They had the reputations of being honest, straightforward, highly competent, yet not baffling with technical jargon. It made sense that Dan, Roger, and Shawn join forces.
So we did. In 2001 we joined together and created Radar Hill. We've become known as the 'get done' guys because that is what we do: we make promises, and we deliver. We still have many clients we've been loyal to for over ten years. Our newer clients have come to Radar Hill to have their problems solved, such as:
- The merchant who wanted an economical, effective way to sell her products on-line.
- The real estate agents who wanted their property listings kept up-to-date on their websites, with minimum effort on their part.
- The entrepreneur who was losing track, and therefore losing, his domain names.
- The boat builder who wanted a cost-effective way to let his long distance clients see their boats in production.
Our goal for our clients is summed up in: "Putting more hours in your day". We work with some highly competent people, dynamic leaders in their industry. People who work as hard and hold us to the same high standards they hold themselves to. Our clients do best in their industries, that is where they make their money. We believe that what we do for them, the products we develop, the services we offer, should add to their bottom line, and not add to their workload.
Our objectives are to:
- Deal with our clients ethically and honestly.
- Stay in touch so clients know where Radar Hill is in the website production process.
- Produce a website that will look and function as promised.
- Answer clients' questions clearly and explain, in plain English, any technical or procedural issues of concern.
