About Us

Our Story: The History of Radar Hill

Radar Hill was created from the merger of two companies: RealAssist and Right-of-Way. Both companies mainly served the real estate industry. Right-of-Way was strictly a web development and Internet services company, and RealAssist did web development plus printing and general administrative support to real estate agents.

Most of their clients had had bad experiences from other Internet companies. So many had been burnt, defrauded, and lied to that when they came to Dan and Roger, or Shawn, they were apprehensive, cynical, and wary. Dan, Roger, and Shawn were the opposite. They had the reputations of being honest, straightforward, and highly competent, yet not baffling with technical jargon. It made sense that Dan, Roger, and Shawn join forces. So they did, and created Radar Hill.

Today, our clients appreciate our competence, clear communication, and problem solving abilities. With over a thousand websites from a wide range of industries created to date, our experience is extensive.

Some clients we have helped include:

  • The ride share program that was left in the lurch by a bankrupt company.
  • The merchant whose products were spread over four ineffective and badly designed websites, and who needed an economical, effective way to sell products on-line.
  • The international security company that needed to deliver its updates and communication releases to clients around the globe but was scrambling after the Internet development company they were using went out of business.
  • The boat builder who wanted a cost-effective way to let his long distance clients see their boats in production.
  • The many real estate agents who wanted their property listings kept up-to-date on their websites, with minimum effort on their part.
  • The Victoria Real Estate Board which licensed one of Radar Hill's wireless applications, Homeport, because it was the best available to meet the needs of their REALTORS®.

Our goals & objectives:

  • To develop easy-to-use and effective Internet-based products, services, websites, and strategies that best meet the needs of our clientele.
  • To deal with our clients ethically and honestly.
  • To keep clients regularly informed of the production status of their website.
  • To listen, and deliver exactly what we promise.
  • To answer clients' questions clearly and explain, in plain English, any technical or procedural issues.
